Prime Minister ScottMorrisonMP announced a partnership with the Victorian government and Moderna to build a $2bn facility to develop COVID-19 vaccines, advance research into rare diseases and strengthen sovereign capability in Australia.
The $2 billion in-principle agreement will see the country become the largest producer of mRNA vaccines outside the United States and Europe.
