The Morrison government is set to overhaul its plan for Northern Australia.
The focus – shifting away from China – and pursuing closer ties with non-traditional economic partners such as India, South East Asia and the Pacific Island nations.
The government’s 20-year plan for Northern Australia will evolve to cope with trade tensions and security challenges, according to The Australian.
