A Hobart man who sexually abused former Australian of the Year Grace Tame as a schoolgirl has argued he suffers from dementia and isn't fit to stand trial in a separate case of allegedly using social media to harass her online. It is a Commonwealth charge which falls under cybercrime, and has a maximum penalty of three years' imprisonment.
