Lowery, along with another woman, spent nearly an hour and a half in the darkened library, turning off the room’s motion-sensing lights and looking through books with flashlights. They were confronted by an assistant principal who told them they weren’t allowed in the library and asked what they were doing,reported. Lowery said she was sent by district superintendent Jeremy K. Glenn to look at books.
