Today, 48 new homes were approved to be built in Glasgow's West End.
to raise two new residential buildings at Beith Street in Partick.bosses and the development will see the creation of 48 two-bedroom apartments, each with access to private outdoor terrace space.
Planning permission in principle was already granted in May 2021 and following this, the applicant has worked with Glasgow City Council to adjust and refine comments to address planning and local policies in the area. As part of the greater Glasgow Harbour and regeneration masterplan, the new apartments will be two separate accommodation buildings, each six storeys in height.
The buildings will be similar in scale to the existing tenement flats and each flat will have a dual aspect.
