When Samantha Brett landed her “dream job” of becoming a television news reporter, she thought she was set for life.
“Was I putting on sunscreen at 3:30am? Probably not. Was I reapplying throughout the day? Definitely not. Did I even think about it? Absolutely not.”, sunscreen needs to be applied 20 minutes before going outdoors and should be reapplied every two hours if you are spending time outdoors.
As sunscreen can be easily wiped off, lost through perspiration you should also reapply after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
