The NBA All-Star Game is Sunday, but there are a ton of events, concerts, games and activities – ranging from free to thousands of dollars – scheduled for All-Star Weekend. CLEVELAND, Ohio – The NBA All-Star Weekend will be packed with events, multiple games – professional and college - activities and more. All the music, pop-culture events and activities lead up to the All-Star Game on Sunday night.
This year marks the league’s 75th anniversary season. The Ice Buckets Challenge at Tower City Center offers fans a chance to chuck a buzzer-beater.is an interactive convergence of pop culture, technology, art, music and fashion relating to the game. Featuring retail offerings and memorabilia displays, the event also will include current and former players, celebrities and influencers, who are expected to attend.
Tower City Center will have a smorgasbord of activities, from dining options to the Land X Complex Shop to the freechallenge, which allows folks to take their own buzzer-beater shots. It offers fans the chance to win NBA prizes such as All-Star Game and Crossover tickets, as well as merchandise. Participants also will receive a digital photo. It’s free, but you have to register via the NBA Events app. The Ice Buckets challenge is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m.
