The prosecutor took exception to Judge Robert Johnson's ruling that Lewis qualified for indigent defense. Financial affidavits he filled out in court Friday and after his arrest contradicted each other. The earlier document said he worked full time as a dog breeder, lived at an apartment and that he had some money.
