A woman who died from stab wounds has been identified as Queensland mother-of-four Heather Ball, with a friend saying her death was gut-wrenching.
A Holden Commodore was tracked to a local area before it was driven north on the Bruce Highway towards the Sunshine Coast just before 11pm.
