While the warmer weather has been welcomed by many, it can make sleeping tricky
With the UK currently experiencing some unexpected warmer weather, it can be difficult to get to sleep at night.
While some will see the heat as cause for celebration, many others will experience discomfort and sleepless nights. Uncomfortable hot weather can lead to tossing, turning, and plenty of lost sleep.Thankfully, there are a number of ways to beat the heat and get a good night's sleep. Similarly people may think having a cold shower before bed will help - but it won't. A lukewarm shower is your best bet as this will gradually lower your temperature.
Another tip is an old one but a good one. If you wake up due to the heat in the night, flip your pillow over as the other side will be cooler.
