In her "What's in my beauty bag" video for Harper's Bazaar, Sienna confessed: "I get really freckly in the sun then in the winter my freckles fade and I just have little brown smudges, so I like to add them occasionally with this Utan pen." Unlike typical temporary makeup, Utan's pen includes self-tan in the formula which develops over time to match your skin tone. This not only creates a soft, realistic look but also ensures they stay on your skin for longer, reports the Mirror.
However, if you want something more long-lasting, just apply it directly onto your skin before your makeup and allow it to develop and dry before applying the rest of your makeup. The freckles naturally develop over around eight hours, and it's not just freckles you can use the pen for.
