Harley-Davidson dealers in Kingwood, The Woodlands under new ownership
A Harley-Davidson dealer with operations in eight states scooped up a pair of dealerships in the Houston area with the goal of expanding staff and inventory immediately.
A Harley-Davidson dealer with operations in nine states scooped up a pair of dealerships in the Houston area with the goal of expanding their inventory and staff. The purchase of Harley-Davidson of Kingwood and Harley-Davidson of The Woodlands marks the entry of MOD Enterprises, which has dealerships in California, Colorado, Georgia and elsewhere, in Texas.
“I’m excited to add Kingwood Harley-Davidson and The Woodlands Harley-Davidson, expanding my national footprint into the greater Houston area, and growing ridership in the great state of Texas," MOD Enterprises owner Michael Veracka said in a statement."The teams at both dealerships have done a great job over the years building a large community of Harley riders, as well as a great business that we will continue to develop for many years to come.
With the acquisition, MOD Enterprises brings its dealership count to 12. Its Riverside, California, location is the top-selling dealership in the country,
