The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have launched their own official Instagram page in a move that further distances the pair from Kensington Palace and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
It comes after the Queen allowed the young couple to form their own householdIn their first post Harry and Meghan uploaded several photos, including an image of their joint monogram, as well as a shot of the pair enjoying a sailing trip on Sydney Harbour from their 2018 Australia tour.
The Royals already operate three official Instagram accounts — @TheRoyalFamily, which focuses on the Queen and other members of the royal family; @ClarenceHouse for Charles and Camilla, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall; and @KensingtonRoyal for Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and up until now, Harry and Meghan.
