"Rock fishers should avoid coastal rock platforms exposed to the ocean and seek a safe location that is sheltered from the surf." The inland NSW mountain region will experience the coolest weather, a cool -3 degrees expected to freeze the area on Monday and Tuesday morning.Victoria will also experience strong winds, with the East Gippsland Coast issued with a Gale wind warningwill also experience strong winds, with the East Gippsland Coast issued with a gale wind warning for April 10 and 11.
