Prince Andrew has become a 'loner with few close friends' who spends his days 'watching videos and trying to make money,' royal author Andrew Lownie claims.
the Duke of York, who was once known as “Air Miles Andi,” now spends the majority of his time alone. In his book Traitor King, Mr Lownie claimed the disgraced royal had been filling his days “playing golf, watching videos and trying to make money”.the father-of-two had been living “in his own form of lockdown for the past three years" after his disastrous Newsnight interview.
During his catastrophic appearance on the BBC news and current affairs programme in 2019, Emily Maitlis grilled Andrew about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and his relationship with Virginia Giuffre who accused him of sexually abusing her when she was 17. A source told the Daily Mail that despite being warned that staying during the repairs will be problematic, Andrew is still refusing to budge from his $52 million Windsor digs.
Sources say it would make sense for the 63-year-old to stay at Frogmore Cottage during the renovations, but claim he’s scared he will permanently lose access to his home of two decades.
