Agony filled a Brooklyn block on Monday night when family members came to the scene where a 35-year-old man had been shot to death in another horrific act of gun violence in the borough.

“I can’t believe they killed my brother,” a grief-stricken woman shouted, prostrate on the ground next to a police officer, close to where the 35-year-old victim had been gunned down on the 400 block of Ridgewood Avenue in Cypress Hills on Nov. 7.

Moments later, the woman was consoled by another family member before officers moved her away from the scene. The sister of the victim screamed “I can’t believe they killed my brother” at the scene of the shooting.Law enforcement sources said the victim, whose identity has yet to be released, was shot in the back at the location at about 5:18 p.m. on Monday.found the wounded man while responding to a 911 call about the incident. EMS rushed him to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
