Following the fatal crash on Friday, the bank of the river has now been adorned with fresh flowers in their honour. The colourful bunches are a tribute to the lives lost. The carer was able to climb out of the back window and raise alarm that the incident had taken place. Phil’s brother came to the scene, and cut their parents’ seatbelts with a penknife but after being pulled from the river they never regained consciousness.Mourners have left flowers near the spot of the fatal crash with a sweet photo of his late parents to publicly mourn the loss.
