Heavy rains have caused flash flooding across parts of south-east Queensland, with residential streets and vehicles submerged.Yesterday, Hervey Bay recorded 80mm during the day.A spokesperson said "the majority of requests have been for sandbags and tarping". Severe thunderstorm warnings have been cancelled for Ipswich, Somerset, the Lockyer Valley and Brisbane city in the state's south-east today.
