Q. I have a Gmail account and I would like to use Outlook to connect to it rather than using the Web interface. My I.T. guy says that it’s not possible to connect Gmail to Outlook. Is this true?
Google makes a tool called the Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook which you can download from tools.google.com/dlpage/gssmo. Not only that, but it also connects to your Google Calendar so that when you update your schedule in Outlook it updates it in Google so any calendar app you have connected will see your appointments.
