Prospective homeowners in Leyland can now access virtual reality technology to imagine what life will be like at Redrow’s development.
A digital-led customer experience suite has opened at Worden Gardens to give homebuyers the chance to view plans and take virtual tours of all homes on hi-tech touch screens. Redrow recently launched its final phase of ‘Eco Electric’ homes Worden Gardens, which all feature air source heat pumps as standard to provide heating and hot water, as well as underfloor heating to the ground floor in detached designs, reducing homeowners’ energy use.
Set amid open countryside, the new community, located on Leyland Lane, has access to open spaces around the neighbouring Worden Park, as well as cycling and pedestrian access. Steve added: “Not only do our designs feature traditional Arts and Crafts inspired architecture and a high interior specification, but their energy efficiency ratings will also be among the best on the new build market.
