Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) should not resign early.

She also praised Feinstein's leadership and said it would be against the democratic will of California to pressure her to resign because the people had voted to reelect her.“Let me say a word about my friend and longtime colleague Dianne Feinstein,” Clinton said.

“Here’s the dilemma: The Republicans will not agree to add someone else to the Judiciary Committee if she retires,” Clinton said.
