The homeowner returned from a six-week break to find an unpleasant doorstep note

A shocked holidaymaker was welcomed home from his six-week vacation by a unpleasant note left on his doorstep from a disgruntled neighbour. The small, typed-out note criticised the man for his disregard towards the unkempt garden, and also claimed that the appearance of the messy land was discrediting the well maintained houses surrounding it.

The furious neighbour went on to comment how the person's front garden ''devalues the property'' as well as creating a negative impression of the value of the other properties in the street. An image of the note was posted along with the caption: “Getting back from a six-week holiday to find cute love letters”.
