BREAKING An unknown number of homes have been evacuated after a brush fire has burned up to 1,500 acres in the Antelope Valley area.
Los Angeles county and city firefighters are responding to the fire that has burned at least one structure.
Fire trucks and a helicopter were captured on video helping in the effort to put out the blaze.The fire is near a poppy reserve at the intersection of West Ave D and 130th Street West in Fairmont.This is a breaking news story. Check back for more details later.
