Horses for Heroes helps reconnect veterans to everyday life by allowing them to build a bond with horses. U.S. Navy veteran Jonah Aguirre, a student at Cal Poly Pomona, is one of 10 former military service members selected for the program. Veterans are paired with a horse they take care of each week at the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center.To learn more, hit play in the video player above.
