Several south-east Queensland regions have been impacted by flash flooding and one hospital was evacuated, as more severe storm threats loom across the state.
District director for Queensland Ambulance Service on the Sunshine Coast Tony Hucker said from 5.30pm to around 1am, evening staff worked to transport the mostly elderly patients. The Bureau of Meteorology warned more storms were imminent across Queensland's east coast, continuing a week of wild weather.
