Owner of the Queens Plaza Hotel, Denise Rendall, thanked the guest for trying to 'ruin' her business
A Blackpool hotel owner has slammed a guest who cancelled their room hours before they were due to stay.
A second user, derek1975186525, said The Queens Plaza Hotel is 'a gem in Blackpool' citing its 'friendly staff', 'great breakfast' and 'spotless, modern' interior as reasons for his top rating. He added: "Excellent refurbished accommodation which photos do not show. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and would put many large hotels to shame. Rooms are modern and bright with tea making facilities and en suite.
Danielle explained that she has travelled internationally 'for decades' and often takes 'long term stays for work'. She claims that despite this, she has 'never spoken to anyone so utterly rude in hospitality in all these years with such reckless disregard for trading standards.' Danielle then finished off her damning review by adding: "Disgusting way to treat people. Based on this interaction and the demonstrable disregard for their responsibility for operating within advertised terms of business I will be pursuing this to the full extent for breech of contract, false advertising and financial misconduct."
