It's that special time of year again! Voting is officially open for the Hottest 100 , triple j 's annual countdown of your favourite tracks from the past year. If you're new to the Hottest 100 , welcome aboard! This is where you, the listeners, get to decide which songs dominated your playlists in 2024. Simply hand-pick up to 10 tracks released between December 1, 2023, and November 30, 2024, and submit your list.
To get the party started, Double J will be taking a trip back to 2004 on Friday, January 24, reliving that epic Hottest 100 countdown. Then, mark your calendars for Saturday, January 25, the official Hottest 100 day! Tune in to triple j as we count down the 100 most voted-for tracks. The official countdown will start at different times in each state, so be sure to check the schedule. And if you can't catch the live broadcast, don't worry! On Monday, January 27, we'll be revealing the tracks that landed between positions 200 and 101. Voting is open now and closes at 5pm AEDT on Monday, January 20. There's also a brand new feature this year: AUTO VOTING. If you opt in, we'll submit your top 10 votes for you if you forget to lock them in by the deadline.Don't miss out on the chance to win the Hottest Ticket!
