The House voted to overturn President Donald Trump’s national emergency declaration to build a border wall, sending the legislation to Trump who is sure to veto it.
It’s the second time that Congress has voted to block Trump’s plan to divert billions in Pentagon funding to his wall and amounts to a bipartisan rebuke of the president. Eleven Senate Republicans joined Democrats earlier in the week to pass the bill.Story Continued Below
