The House has voted to overturn the Biden administration’s protections for thousands of small streams, wetlands and other waterways.

Sam Graves, R-Mo.

“The Biden rule is not perfect. But, in my opinion, it is a far better starting place for certainty, legality and protecting the quality of our nation’s waters than the Dirty Water Rule,″ Larsen said.
