People who live in the local authority catchment area will be able to apply on Friday, January 6.Evidence of financial hardship leading to the need for additional support for essential costs such as energy bills.You must be at least 16 years old.If you think you may be eligible, it is worth putting in an application because the Council says its criteria will vary.
The fund will be available until Friday, March 31.Some households will be notified that they can apply for the cash help and others will receive the cash automatically.It's worth checking out your local council's website to find out what help is available in your area.A full list of what you'll need to help with your application is detailed by the council.
