CoreLogic Research Director Tim Lawless says housing is still “highly unaffordable” amidst recent dips in the levels of demand for “credit availability”.

“In reality, housing is still highly unaffordable, so I don’t think there’s going to be a great deal of people … I just

can’t see the level of demand coming back into the marketplace for credit availability,” Mr Lawless told Sky News Australia.
