Houston man charged with sex trafficking, coercion of 4 women, some on Bissonnet Track

Larry Lewis, 46, is accused of trafficking four women to engage in commercial sex, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release. He was arrested Wednesday night., an area in Houston that has earned a reputation for street trafficking. He was charged with four counts of sex trafficking by means of force, fraud and coercion; four counts of coercion and enticement.
He is expected to make his initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew M. Edison on Thursday afternoon, and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Sebastian A. Edwards and Christine Lu are prosecuting the case.The Harris County Attorney’s office and the Texas Department of Public Safety led the investigation with help from the FBI as part of the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance.
