A total of 86 per cent of those surveyed by Transurban expected to do most of their job back in their workplace post-pandemic."There are probably very human sides to the workplace which is about social interactions and connecting with your colleagues," Ms Huey said.have also changed dramatically. In April, online purchases around Australia were up 31 per cent compared to 2019. By the end of July, they were 73 per cent higher in Sydney and up 65 per cent in Brisbane.

"They are still going to have a bricks and mortar footprint but it's likely to be something different than what we've seen before. "More of a curated approach, where you can go and observe items, touch and feel them, interact with them and have an experience, while still offering that digital component."
