Mr Starmer on Friday announced ministers would review Britain's online misinformation regulations, saying social media was "not a law-free zone".The coordinated unrest in predominantly regional pockets of England and Northern Ireland may have been sparked by the Southport attack, but has since morphed into a wider uprising against immigration to the UK.
