Close the Loop has taken out the top award at the global Packaging Innovation Awards for a soft plastic muesli pouch that can be recycled from the kerbside.
has beaten a pool of international competitors to win the top award at the global Packaging Innovation Awards.
The pouch includes a sticker that enables the consumer to roll it up into a cylindrical shape and place it in their regular recycling bin. . A packaging product it created for reusable and refillable household cleaning products company Zero Co also won a gold award at the awards, run by US chemicals giant Dow.
When it listed in December, Close the Loop had an issue price of 20¢. On Friday, it closed at 30¢ per share.
