Located between a v section along two main roads near a few oil attack objectivesUpon arrival at the coordinates, throw your grenade at teh strange glowing rock.Inside is the Tactical SR Mag, 2000 Energy Links, 6 Stellar Planula, and one Controller. Once you have looted it, you can now equip the magazine attachment to any of your sniper rifles you may use.Good luck with the rest of your attachments grind.
