Organisers have advised the public to plan their journeys ahead of the festival

The annual two-day multi-stage outdoor event is brought to you by the teams behind the long-running Belfast club brand Shine and Belsonic Festival.

With a capacity for 20,000 attendees per day, the dance and electronic festival runs this August bank holiday weekend on 26th and 27th.With road closures in place and parking unavailable in the concert area, you will need to carefully plan how to get to and from the show. How do I get the Boucher Road Playing Fields for EMERGE? Boucher Road is really accessible via public transport and those attending are asked to make use of this facility as there is no parking available in the vicinity of the venue.

Fans are advised to park in the city centre and either walk to the festival, or avail of the Translink Metro and rails Services. It is anticipated that there will be some congestion following the concert with traffic being diverted from the area.Translink is running special rail and coach specials to EMERGE at Boucher Road Playing Fields.A shuttle bus will operate from Derry to Belfast on both concert dates.For more information on Translink travel, see here.
