Last month, the Unity Hotel was fined $5000 for breaching public health orders. At the time, Liquor & Gaming NSW inspectors visited the venue and found a lack of social distancing, an out-of-date safety plan and improper recording of patrons’ details, among the breaches."I really am frustrated because the vast majority are doing the right thing," Ms Berejiklian told"But you have to have three strikes before we shut you down.
