The ABC understands the signage, which includes posters, plastic banners and bunting, was found on a private property at Samford, covered in grass and weeds. The man who discovered the signage, Garry Herbert, said it looked like it had been dumped off the back of a truck."It's not a random thing. It wasn't put there by hand. It's an odd place for you to put something."
