Texas law enforcement and the FBI are continuing to hunt a man who allegedly killed five people, including an eight-year-old boy, in a mass shooting on Saturday.
While police have recovered the weapon they allege Mr Oropeza used during the shooting, San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers told the press it was possible the suspect was carrying another gun after more firearms were found in his home.
Police crime scene tape has now been removed from around the victims' home, where four bullet holes could be seen in the front door. He added that police had previously been called to Mr Oropeza's address and spoken to him about"shooting his gun in the yard," but he did not say what action, if any, was taken by authorities at the time.
