Crews were called to the fire off West Street in Hunton, near Maidstone, at about 21:01 GMT on Friday.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze was on the first floor and in the roof space of the property. No injuries have been reported but a technical rescue team was in attendance due to the partial collapse of the building, it said.Firefighters had "worked hard in difficult conditions" to salvage belongings from the property, it said.
