The husband of Queensland psychologist Frances Crawford, who is accused of murdering her and attempting to cover it up, has had his matter heard in court for the first time.
Robert Crawford , 47, was arrested and charged with with murder and misconduct with a corpse by interfering on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to their Upper Lockyer Valley property on July 30 in response to reports of an incident involving a ride-on lawnmower.
