A major crash along Interstate 10 on the North Side tied up rush-hour traffic and left two people injured, including one in critical condition.
As of Wednesday evening, traffic on the north lanes of I-10 was backed up as far south as near Callaghan Road.A San Antonio Fire Department spokesman said two people were taken to an area hospital in critical condition. One of the two has life-threatening injuries, firefighters said.
