Multiple vehicles crashed around 8 a.m. Wednesday on I-83 north, between exits to Paxton Street and Route 322 east toward Hershey, according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler. The highway reopened around 10:15 a.m. Schreffler said a tractor-trailer involved in the crash was leaking “chicken juice” afterward.
