I have no idea how I got it. I went out three times the week before I was symptomatic, not a single person I know is sick and I haven’t received any venue alerts through Service NSW.
Having COVID-19 as a vaccinated person is not a straightforward or stress-free experience, but it has been largely manageable. So far, my only drama has been some leg pain which prompted a trip to hospital to rule out a blood clot. When you have COVID-19 you can’t just go to the GP, so if anything is not quite right, you have to go to hospital via ambulance. It’s embarrassing and dramatic but can’t be avoided.
