Keira Moore has talked about the problems she sees that are easily preventable
Foot pain can really stop you from going about your day to day life and some experts would argue much of that pain is preventable.

"I regularly see nails that have turned green/blue because the gel has harboured pseudomonas bacteria under the nail. Sadly, the only cure for this is to remove the nail, kill the bacterial infection and wait months for a new nail to grow back.”"This past winter alone we saw a huge increase in the number of chilblain cases, particularly affecting the toes, largely due to people not listening to their feet.
