Vice President Kamala Harris has shut down pro-Palestine hecklers at her Michigan rally and warned them Donald Trump would win the election if they continued.
At an aircraft hangar in Detroit, Ms Harris fronted thousands of supporters before a group of pro-Palestine protesters began chanting. “So Project 2025, look, if he is elected, Donald Trump plans to give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations. He intends to cut social security and Medicare, he intends to surrender our fight against the climate crisis, and he intends to end the Affordable Care Act."
Ms Harris then paused as louder cheers erupted around the hangar with new polls suggesting her popularity has been growing since President Joe Biden dropped out of the running for re-election.“Because hopefully, it’s going to be my plane in a few months,” Mr Vance told reporters.
