Nick Kyrgios was astounded to receive what he felt was an incorrect warning for taking too long to serve in his second-round match. He responded by impersonating Rafael Nadal's pre-serve actions.

Kyrgios and Nadal previously have traded barbs over a number of issues, although this was much more humorous than insulting. His opponent Gilles Simon gave the same impersonation when he received a time warning later in their match and it was met with laughter.

But Nadal knows his history with Kyrgios, and with the pair in line to meet in the fourth round, should they both make it, he said he didn't care. That response may also have had to do with the question coming at midnight after he had won his second round match against Argentina's Frederico Delbonis."I don't care at all. It was funny? Good. That's it.

"I think I can do a lot of things better, it's not because of Delbonis or not, I can do things better myself," Nadal said."I need to play better. Especially I need to convert the break points but that's just something that happened today. We don't have to put a lot of attention on it. "It's something that will hopefully be history of just one day. I'm getting better each day. I'm confident I will play better because every day in the first set I've shown a good level of tennis.
