As he wrestled beneath the whale, he could feel its smooth skin against his own, leading him to believe it was a juvenile. The bystander on the headland had also happened to be filming Breen windfoiling across the beach just as the whale breached and landed on top of him. Windfoiling is similar to wind surfing.in Botany Bay and flung him and another man into the bay. Police believe the whale “may have breached near the boat, or on to the boat”.
