What I love about this small, kidney bean-shaped pillow is that it's cushiony but solid enough to give me support, unlike the pillows I'd just sink straight into or the ground that had no buffer. This pillow is stuffed with buckwheat and you can actually adjust the density to get to your perfect balance of soft and hard; you just unzip the outer and inner layers and remove a few handfuls of stuffing from the core. The outer layer is made of durable cotton and is machine-washable as well.
